HISTORY: Ever since high school, Amelia had fallen in with the wrong crowd. She was in and out of jail several times for fraud and identity theft crimes.
      When Imperator began recruiting known criminals to join his organization, he was impressed by Amelia's level of success for someone of her age. After weeks of chemical and radioactive treatments, Chamelea gained her mimicking abilities.
