HISTORY: In 416 B.C., during a war between the gods, the Blood God attacked the Plant Goddess. Before the Blood God dealt the fatal blow, the Plant Goddess sprouted off a seed containing a portion of her essence which landed near the island now known as Krakatau. The Blood God was unaware of the seed and reveled in his victory.
The seed lay idle for nearly 1500 years until the volcano known as Krakatoa erupted in 1883. The seed was ejected into a nearby jungle, and landed in a recently-dug grave where a recently-murdered girl was to be buried. After the girl's burial, the seed sprouted, restoring the girl's body, but now possessing the essence of the Plant Goddess.
Confused by the whole affair, the newly-resurrected girl/goddes wandered back to the village where she was attacked and pursued by the villagers, believing the corpse was a vampire.
Ageless, the girl/goddess wandered the jungle, living among the various tribes for the next several hundred years, until finally, she came across a strange creature who was half-human and half-leopard.
Seeing the "leopard girl" was being pursued by a group of men armed with high-tech instruments, she took on a guardian angel role, protecting the girl, often using the jungle to impede or outright attack the girl's pursuers.
When a group of brightly-costumed and powered women came looking for the leopard girl, the girl/goddess sensed they were not there to hurt her, and revealed herself to both the heroines and the leopard girl. When the heroines explained their intentions to the two outcasts, they accepted an invitation to join the group.
