HISTORY: Little is known about Red Scare before she was recruited by the newly-awakened Imperator. She was his first attempt at creating a superhuman agent. The pair wreaked havoc in their bid for world conquest, even to the extent of falling in love with each other.
However, the life of crime she was party to began to take its toll on her, and she began having a change of conscience. Secretly contacting the HOTTIEs, she planned to double-cross and capture Imperator.
Unbeknownst to her, Imperator implanted a collection of nanites in her brain that rendered her powerless if she ever attempted to use her powers against him. When she confronted Imperator, the nanites were activated, and she dropped to Imperator's feet, helpless.
She was then bound, gagged, and left in a building standing atop a pile of explosives which detonated, killing her instantly. Video images of her defeat and subsequent death are shown to Imperator's agents on a regular basis to enforce their loyalty to him.
